4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons orange juice
2 tablespoons dried mustard
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pound pork tenderloin
- Heat oven to 375° F.
- Combine all ingredients except pork in a food processor until it becomes a paste, about 2 minutes..
- Rub pork with mixture and allow to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour or in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
