I have lived with Diabetes for 27 years and have Diabetic Neuropathy in my feet. This led to Charcot Arthropathy. I have difficulty walking so it is hard to find an activity I can do. With the help of these videos and healthy eating I have lost over 40 pounds. That has made me feel so much better, physically and mentally.
