Cherry Tomato and Avocado Salad

Get a taste of summer in every bite with this fresh and delicious Cherry Tomato and Avocado Salad.


  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 fruit without skin and seeds avocado, diced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Italian parsley
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper to taste



  1. In medium size bowl combine tomatoes, avocado, celery and Italian parsley.
  2. Dress with vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
