Cherry Tomato and Avocado Salad

Get a taste of summer in every bite with this fresh and delicious Cherry Tomato and Avocado Salad.

Ingredients:

2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 fruit without skin and seeds avocado, diced
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup Italian parsley
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper to taste

  

Preparation:
In medium size bowl combine tomatoes, avocado, celery and Italian parsley.
Dress with vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
