Spinach Dip

The diabetic-friendly Spinach Dip you’ve always wanted is finally here!



  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup non-fat Greek style yogurt
  • 1 large pinch nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped red onion
  • 4 large carrot sticks




  1. Combine spinach, yogurt, nutmeg and onion in food processor till smooth, about 1 minute.
  2.  Dip carrot sticks into spinach dip and eat.
