The diabetic-friendly Spinach Dip you’ve always wanted is finally here!




Ingredients:


1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup non-fat Greek style yogurt
1 large pinch nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon chopped red onion
4 large carrot sticks







Preparation:

Combine spinach, yogurt, nutmeg and onion in food processor till smooth, about 1 minute.
 Dip carrot sticks into spinach dip and eat.
