My Story:
I have been a Type 1 Brittle Diabetic for 37 years; the struggle is real. I have died and been brought back. I have been in diabetic comas. I have been so crazy acting from low blood sugars my own children and grandchildren were afraid of me. I do not wish this upon anyone. I have kidney failure, retinopathy, nephropathy, along with many more issues. It is a struggle every day. I am thankful every day when I open my eyes and get out of bed to start another thankful day.
