I have been type 1 since I was 18. I am now 35. In the past year I have lost over 30lbs by exercise and have found a true love for weight lifting! I feel like I’ve only just begun. I definitely do not let diabetes hold me back from achieving goals. If anything, it pushes me to work harder!
